Return & Exchange Policy

Types Of Returns

  • Full Priced Products – Valid for an exchange or store credit.
  • Sale or Promotional Products or purchased through discount codes, discount vouchers – Items that are on sale or purchased during a promotion are FINAL sale and are not eligible for a refund or any sort of exchanges.
  • Jewelry, lingerie, swimsuits, solution wear and beauty products - These items are no returnable or exchangeable due to personal and hygiene reasons

If you change your mind you can request for an exchange but we do not accept returns for change of mind.

When returning an order, we recommend the parcel by sent with a trackable & registered delivery service, as AUGUST STORE does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, & free of damage & with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns on lingerie, swimwear, activewear, face shield or earrings for hygienic reasons, as well as items made to order.

Please note that you need to return your items to us within 7 days upon receiving your parcel to be guaranteed for a return. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached.

Store credits issued from an exchange or returns can only be used once. Store credits issued from exchange or return, notably known as "gift cards" must be purchased within a one (1) year from the date of issuance.

Gift cards and/or store credit that are not purchased within the stipulated time frame will expire, and August Store will not provide extensions.

Store credits issued in terms of Coupon Code and will have a validity period of three (3) months.

Store Credit and/or Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Please note, the Coupon Code must be used in full and cannot be split among separate transactions.

Coupon codes cannot be used during promotional periods and cannot be applied to shipping.

Coupon code cannot be used on top of other promotional codes or other coupon codes. One coupon code per transaction.

Sale items, discounted merchandise, or any other promotional offers may not be eligible for purchase using the gift card and/or store credit.  Gift cards/store credit cannot be used on items marked as clearance, final sale, or any other non-eligible merchandise as specified by August Store.



Please note that August Store does not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend shipping your returns parcel using your trackable postage as we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost on their way to us.

Faulty Items

Returns will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within 7 days of delivered date. Please email us at with your order number and a brief description of the fault. Images of the fault are always helpful too!

Products that have a major fault or manufacturing fault that cannot be repaired may be returned for a refund, an exchange for another item or a store credit.

However, if the garment we have sent has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault to the product and send it back to you. Unfortunately, the return shipping fee will not be covered by August Store.

You will be compensated for the cost of return shipping should your item be confirmed to be faulty. Please keep a copy of your return shipping receipts so that we can reimburse you OR request our friendly staff to arrange a pick-up.
